Review: Crash
Crash by Jerry SpinelliMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
I read this book with a student book group during a unit on author's craft/style. While I had read excerpts from the book, I had never read the book in its entirety. Overall, I liked the book. It tells the story of two very different middle school boys and my students enjoyed reading it. The book generated a lot of conversation about bullying, peer pressure, and just being yourself.
